So this is for The Quotes Contest.

You would not believe the amount of indecision I've dealt with for this contest. I couldn't decide on an idea/quote because I had too many so I actually started five different vids (two of them multifandom that I realized were going to go way over the time limit so I'm going to finish them another time as seperate from this contest). I completed an I, Tonya vid ( • Tonya Harding | Show Them ) but I wasn't completely satisfied with it (and it also went over the time limit - noticing a trend?) so I made this one instead and this is the one I've decided to enter for the contest.
This is a Bonnie/Damon (romantic or platonic whatever rocks your boat) vid but it is moreso a Bonnie vid as it's from her point of view and deals with her feelings over all that Damon has done to her and what it's like to love someone who has hurt you as much as he has. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Bonnie/Damon, they're my favorite relationship on the show, but he has hurt her a lot. I'd even say that Kai's probably only one that's managed to hurt her more. Silas did kill her father but there was no emotional attachment there. Damon's hurt her both as an enemy and as a person who she loved more than anyone else (whatever his intentions). Anyway, that's just my take on it.

Their relationship was never (openly) acknowledged as canon but you show how they "broke up" and Bonnie ended up with Enzo--both of them had been betrayed by Damon. Still there is something there which lingers...Beautifully done.

2 years ago, I had the same relationship with someone. We were just like Bonnie and Damon, he even called me Bon Bon. God, I feel so stupid writing this here but your video brought back all the memories I have with him. We were each other's best friends. We watched the show together and we knew all the lines and everything. I loved him so much. Then we had this huge fight and even though we've tried to save our relationship, we couldn't. We kept fighting each other until there was nothing left but anger in ourselves. He was too aggressive and I was just so tired of his shit. He broke my heart so badly that I needed psychological help . And even though it's been two years since our last conversation and we haven't seen each other for a year I still love him. We didn't even say goodbye, man. I guess we weren't exactly like Bonnie and Damon. Great video by the way, congrats💜

I'm so sorry to hear that. Having the courage to leave someone, even though you still love them, because it's what's best for you is honestly so strong and you should be proud of yourself for taking that step, even though it hurts so much. Again, I'm sorry you had to go through that, letting go of the people we love is never easy. And I'm also sorry if this vid was upsetting for you. Many hugs ❤️

@@Welcometocaritas Oh no, it wasn't upsetting it was just really beautiful and nostalgic for me. It made me remember the good times too. And thank you so much for the support💜 Sometimes it gets so painful and hard but we have separate lives now and I'd have to go on without him eventually, we couldn't be together forever anyway. Plus knowing that I did everything I could relieves my conscience. So thank you,again both for this video and your reply. Keep up the good work sweetie💕

Life update, we're friends again. We've been talking non-stop since this February and we're closer than ever. We still have flaws but we're both trying harder to keep our friendship strong and willing to see where this goes. Just felt like I had to share.

Oh, that was so damn good. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 Bravo! This is going n my favorites playlist. Thank you. Julie Plec and her racist ass. She said shady things, enjoyed torturing and killing Bonnie worse each year her fans complained about her treatment of Bonnie. Treated alot of minority characters on her show the same, especially the females(look at the originals). She couldn't let go of Delena for what was obviously the better choice. They should have been endgame. I can't lie, I respected Bonenzo because he loved her and treated her like a goddess like she deserved, from Damon. Damon chose wrong. And Bonnie still got a shitty ending. She only was given her powers back to rescue her so called "best friends" and let them get the happily ever after that was stolen from her. Caroline may have been married for a day, but she at least had that. She had Ric waiting as a back up, and Klaus sniffing on her heels soon after Stefan died. And she had kids to raise, plus generations later. Not even a possible Beremy circle back or nothing. Just going it alone. No family or anyone to share those adventures with. That was Plec shitting all over Bonnie fans one last time. They didn't even show Damon hugging Bonnie to say thank you for waking up Elena, at the end.

Idk how much background research you know, or maybe you just watched the show and that was it. It's not my problem to educate you on the subject. You want to know or burry your head in the sand, then go ahead.....But don't tell me what I can and cannot say, when you don't know what I'm talking about, because you don't want to see it and realize my last comment rings true. Apparently, others agreed with what I said because they saw it too.

@@amicableaaliyah Wrong. He has photos of himself holding Bamon signs up and it reading that he wants Bamon and to get over it, plus promotion videos with both him and Kat about Bamon. He's said that Bamon is a healthier and mature relationship and that he hopes they get to explore more of them maybe even having a whole new life together in the other world. He even joked that they could have some witchy vampire babies and everything. People were voting for favorite couple and they won. Kid's choice awards named them favorite couple. It was JP and CD who refused to give the larger majority of fans for Bamon, what should have happened with them being endgame, because the writers decided to write thebackend of the show like fanfic and put Caroline and Elena as their avatars and live out their fantasies through them.
