idk it looks way to clean and bright. One of the things of Fallout is that it like...well like the world ended, dirty and muddy, this is just way to much "yay lets have a nice family vacation in the sun" or something

Yeah but look at chernobyl.. that was only 38 years ago. Picture it in 200 years. Now look at Nagasaki and Hiroshima as they are today. 200 years after nuclear nature would be green AF. Especially if it was hydrogen (fusion) bombs instead of old school nuclear (fission) bombs.

Looks like screen space effects. The global illumination and reflections are disappearing/halo-ing towards the screen borders and around the gun model (object occlusion). You can have real raytracing in this game if inject RTX Portal files into the game, someone has done it before.

These are are screenspace effects and no it wouldnt be possible to use rtx remix with Fallout 4 since it runs on DirectX11 whereas Remix is only compatible with DirectX 8 and 9

One of my biggest annoyanced with the 2100 hours ive spent in fallout 4 is that you can build a 5 story concrete house and be standing on the bottom floor with all the concrete roofs and floors of the other levels above you. And if you are in power armor, you still get wet and it shows in your vision. That and i cant visit 3 of my settlements without it crashing inmedialy (ps5) Would love these mods.. if i could find a way to import my saves from ps5 to PC id love it. 2000 hours is too much to lose.

I love how on my brand new galaxy phone the highest resolution available is 4k and even after downloading, the compression youtube does makes this a blurry fuckery. It's impossible to actually appreciate this video that's meant to show off the graphical fidelity of these mods. Fuck this. These channels should provide a link in the description to download an uncompressed original version. That would actually allow us to view this visual masterpiece.

@@mistahshade Because their engine is dated, old and not capable anymore. Look at CDPR and Cyberpunk. A lot of resources have gone into fighting their own engine. Now they switched over to Unreal Engine.
