Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Los Arcoiris' 8lb Mexican Feast Food Challenge w/ Torta, Diablo Burrito, and Fajitas at Los Arcoiris Authentic Mexican Food in Boone, North Carolina!! After finishing up my food challenges in Tennessee, I traveled to North Carolina where I attempted lots of delicious food challenges as part of my 2020 Southeast USA Tour. For event #2, I traveled to Boone, North Carolina where I was invited by my friends at Los Arcoiris Authentic Mexican Food to come in and enjoy some of their biggest and most popular menu times!! This was not an actual food challenge, and we filmed it like we did the 30 Dinner Is Served videos that we produced earlier this year to help small businesses around Southwest Missouri. I was given a one sitting time limit to finish 5 of their menu items plus a basket of chips and Chimi-Cheesecake dessert. I got one of their Pork Al Pastor Tortas, some fajitas, a Diablo Burrito, an incredible Piña Tropical, and a dish called Los Parillada. Thank you to the owners, management, and everyone with Los Arcoiris Authentic Mexican Food for all the wonderful food and hospitality, and to everyone who came that day to watch and meet me!! I appreciate everyone around the Boone, NC area and throughout the state of North Carolina who watches videos and supports our efforts!! There are many more videos upcoming!!

Los Arcoiris' Authentic 8lb Mexican Feast Food Challenge in Boone, North Carolina:
- Los Arcoiris Authentic Mexican Food serves up a wide selection of Mexican Food dishes.
- Here are the 5 menu items that I got for this Dinner Is Served Mexican Feast Food Challenge.
- Los Parillada - Grilled chicken, steak, shrimp, chorizo, slices of zucchini, grilled fresh jalapeño, queso fresco on top, cheese sauce on the bottom. Served with beans, rice, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, tomato and tortillas.
- Fajitas - Tender sliced beef or chicken cooked with bell peppers, and onions. Served with guacamole and fried beans
- Piña Tropical - Half pineapple stuffed with grilled steak, chicken and shrimp, onions, peppers and tomatoes with melted cheese on top. Served with a side of rice or charro beans.
- Burrito El Diablo - 12" Burrito with grilled chicken, steak, onions and jalapeños in our special chipotle sauce and chile de árbol salsa, topped with cheese sauce, red sauce and guacamole.
- Torta Al Pastor - Grilled Mexican sub filled with pork al pastor, lettuce, mayo, beans, jalapenos, avocado, onions and tomato.
- Dessert - Chimi-Cheesecake (so delicious!!)

My Brazilian side also mixes the rice and beans every time I eat Latin food. Also, Randy this place in Boone, NC looked like an good Mexican restaurant and that was soooo much food it should’ve counted as a Food Challenge win.

Excellent video. A veritable lesson in Mexican cuisine. And some Spanish vocabulary thrown in there too. Lots to learn. And I like the slower format: all to be finished in one sitting. And for once it wasn't a joke about the healthy vegetables. There was a lot of good food there. Enjoy.
