Randy Santel vs the "Brunch Is Served" New York Style Deli Brunch Food Challenge hosted by The Bagel Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee near the border of Germantown, TN. Before leaving Tennessee as part of my Midwest USA Food Challenge Tour, I headed back to Memphis, TN after leaving Pigeon Forge, TN so that I could help promote the delicious breakfast and lunch menus at The Bagel Memphis which is an authentic New York Style Deli that gets a lot of their food products flown in from New York, which is really cool!! They have an authentic machine to boil the bagels, as well as an authentic oven to cook the bagels just liked you'd find in New York City. I enjoyed 12 different items from The Bagel's breakfast and lunch menus to form this delicious brunch food challenge. I ordered a plain bagel sandwich with smoked salmon and cream cheese (w/ added capers), a breakfast skillet with eggs, ham, cheese, breakfast potatoes, and healthy vegetables, and then I also wanted to enjoy an authentic New York Bagel Dog with Broccoli Salad. That wasn't all. The Bagel serves up lots of delicious Jewish specialty foods, including Matzo Ball Soup, Corned Beef Potato Knish, Potato Latkes with applesauce and sour cream, Strawberry Cheese Blintzes, and I got 2 slices of Challah Bread French Toast served with syrup from Vermont. I enjoyed one of their "Eggel" sandwiches with turkey sausage, cheese, and avocado, plus a Pastrami Reuben Sandwich on freshly baked marble rye bread. For dessert, I had to order a slice of their Grammy's Fudge Pie. Along the way, I enjoyed a Dr. Brown's Root Beer. - The Bagel Memphis opened over 2 years ago and is an authentic New York style delicatessen that serves a delicious breakfast and lunch menu 7 days per week in Memphis, Tennessee.
- This was not a restaurant food challenge, but rather just to show off the tasty brunch menu.
- I ordered a plain bagel sandwich with smoked salmon and cream cheese (w/ added tomatoes, onions, and capers), a breakfast skillet with eggs, ham, cheese, breakfast potatoes, and healthy vegetables, and then I also wanted to enjoy an authentic New York Bagel Dog with Broccoli Salad.
- That wasn't all. The Bagel serves up lots of delicious Jewish specialty foods, including Matzo Ball Soup, Corned Beef Potato Knish, Potato Latkes with applesauce and sour cream, Strawberry Cheese Blintzes, and 2 slices of Challah Bread French Toast served with syrup from Vermont.

- I was trying to aggressively finish everything I ordered in just one sitting. This was not a food challenge, but if I finished, I would still get my brunch meal free plus a sweet The Bagel t-shirt.
