Hello Thanks for the question. Yes, we can ship the dome parts kit to North Carolina. Please tell me whether delivery is required to the seaport (you will need to pick up from it yourself) or door-to-door delivery (exact address is required). With the information, we can calculate the cost of transportation. The price of the dome details are written in the Lithuanian version of our website kupoliniainamaistatyba.lt/ According to European requirements, a dome house meeting the A++ energy class has 28cm thick walls, while a dome with A class has 20cm thick walls.
