200mm minimum column size is not acceptable anymore. The NSCP 2015 code says that the minimum dimension of a column should be 250mm but that dimension will increase depending on the load on the structural elements of the building.

Nice design. When you say the est. cost is 3.5 - 5.0 M, does it include all the interior/furniture? How much is if the basic structure only, like it is already habitable?

Furniture not included and estimated cost is not so accurate and it depends on what materials used and labor cost. But i think 3M is enough for rough finish.

id get rid of the mini bar and put a stacking washer/dryer unit there. you dont want to have to go outside to do laundry if its late or the weather is poor.

You do not need donations. Your collateral is your brain. I will ask my office to make you an offer to work as an 'Independent Services Provider" and/ study outside our Country. My advice to you is to think like and eagle or a lion and/or combine both principles I left our country some (55) years ago and we see in you a future. Grand Pa
