He's some random little peasant punk that's good with a sword (like canonically, the reborn hero can be anyone that's the point). He's lucky she even knows his name and that's probably only because Link is the Hyrulian equivalent of, like, John. Like, yeah okay hero you *must* be the Link right? Go kill things for me then.

If Yakuza/Ryu ga Gotoku was more popular, I'm sure Kiryu and Majima might have made the list as friendly rivals Though after the first 3 games, their rivalry does die down quite a bit so maybe not.

Good list, and you might just have the top 9 covered. But with the 100s of video game rivalries out there, you could have tossed in one like Master Chief vs Arbiter, Mario vs Bowser, Sonic vs Robotnik, Dr. Light vs Dr. Wiley, Nathan Drake vs Harry Flynn, Chell vs Glados, Sora vs Riku or another for an even 10.

Heihachi is just human. It's why he wants the devil gene, because it skipped him. If you played tekken 7 the whole story was based around heihachi.

In Tekken, Kazuya's mother had the devil gene. However, there is a point where he battles an angelic version of himself. If Heihachi does return, it would be interesting to see if he has an angel gene, to counter Kazuya's devil gene.

There's quite a lot of things wrong both in the SF and Tekken entries, you guys. Gouken is not Ryu's father and their fighting style has long been retconned to Ansatsuken. Heihachi first Threw Kazuya down a cliff way before Tekken 1, Kazuya got revenge on that one, and then in Tekken 2 is finally where Heihachi threw Kazuya down their first volcano. It's just so much people-throwing I can understand why people forgot some of those :P Oh, and Heihachi doesn't have the Devil Gene, so unless they retcon that or re-write his DNA or some other shenanigans, I wouldn't wait for Devil Heihachi unless sitting down :P

It's criminal the way you guys ignore the existence of the Yakuza franchise. Kiryu and Majima deserve to be on this list, especially when Kiwami has an entire game mechanic dedicated to Majima hiding all over the city in goofy disguises and hiding places just to fight Kiryu for fun.

First off, we won't be getting Tekken 8 anytime soon because of Harada's DLC farm and he still hadn't made Tekken X Street Fighter and it's been frozen for years, Heihachi can't turn into a devil - he's human and that was a bad joke or maybe you didn't play the other games! Dante and Vergil don't die, sure, but they're not immortal, just invincible and OP - they're not immortal since they CAN age like actual people.

1. Gouken is Ryu's Sensei, not his father. 2. Heihachi threw Kazuya into a volcano during his T2 ending, not the original Tekken. 3. The rivalry *actually* started when Heihachi threw Kazuya off a cliff as a child and Kazuya swore revenge. 4. Kazuya's Devil form form transformed due to Kazuya and Devil sharing one mindset and them growing stronger. 5. Heihachi *DOES NOT* have a Devil form, they literally stated in Tekken 7 that Kazuya got it from his mother and elsewhere that Jinpachi was possessed by a malicious spirit, not the Devil Gene. 6. Y'all used DmC footage for DMC3. 7. Quan Chi's manipulation and betrayal of Scorpion was revealed *WAY* back in Scorpion's MK4 ending. Tl;dr y'all need a vacation cuz these mistakes are piling up.
