I have two businesses..one a service.. commercial window washing (windows are endless) just find the customers...the other business is procurement for Oil & Gas companies...a little more hands on but Linkedin is a great resource for networking!

Real estate is major 🔑 in my entrepreneurial life. Just as you said Sean with taxes, real estate dates back in biblical times also. Another business industry I’m looking into is beauty. As a women I know how much we spend on a vanity. Regardless of what going on around us beauty is an escape for women for a multitude of reasons.

Although washers and dryers are cheaper now, landlords often don’t allow them, and many apartments are usually too small to give up space

I have always wanted to start my own business but scared to because of the reasons you mentioned at the start of the video. Now you have me rethinking. Real Estate, Accounting, and Tax preparation are my biggest passions. I'm a bookkeeper for 14 years and just graduated with a BBA in Accouning. I also prepare personal taxes since 1989 (for myself & 4 other individuals). Can you please guide me on how to invest in RE & start my own business using my current skills and experience (bookkeeping/tax preparation)? To be honest, I’m not a super big fan of ATM machines, but I’m sure if you place one in the right area, it will easily be profitable - over a long term horizon

About the food industry, I have noticed a lot of coffee shops and small cafes going up recently. Do you see this as a trend for the future?

Good question! So many people are borderline addicted to coffee/caffeine...and these businesses have SUPER HIGH-PROFIT MARGINS. ($5 for a coffee that takes 20 cents to make) So it makes sense why there's a trend. The coffee business presents less risk, but it still must be placed in the right market/location to succeed.

Real Estate property owners are loaibg their propertiea due to unpaid rents due to covid non-paying tenants. Relief has not been paid by States or Cities. Thousands of evictions expected by end of Oct 2022. How dis landlords keep pating the mortgages when tenants do not pay?

Take the annual that's what I'm going to do I'm old and I'm still going to take the annual not super super old but I'm old I'm still going to take the animal even if people that I would leave money to I don't think they could handle it I had a billion dollars in the bank wouldn't know what to do with it the animal protect you from yourself you have a year to think about how much you just messed up
