In any business, Protecting your capital is much more important than making money. Basically because if you lose your capital, making money is much harder. ''Missing the train'' vs. ''losing your money''. There are a lot of trains, but if your money is gone, it's over.

This is an awful video. To suggest you can be a bookkeeper with no experience and potentially mess up someone’s books and livelihood is really an awful idea

And I think her degree most certainly contibuted to her success: 1) she learned how to think critically, plan strategically, problem solve, research and become disciplined and consistent to reach benchmarks and goals; and 2) her hospitality degree no doubt qualified her for the positions at the hotels where she gained her work experience. I'm an ambitious Sketch artist who wants to sell my work due to customers request of what they want sketched. I'm doing this for myself and for the love of my talent

Vending machine isn't the best idea. They are almost 10k for any decent ones and if I can only make 300+ a month it would take years to just pay for the machine the cheapest monthly payments are over $200, ATM is an OK idea but where do you put it if you don't own a store. Can I just put it anywhere. I'll have to look into that. Rental properties is a great idea if you have a lot of money to work with. All these businesses require you to have at least 50k or better in the bank. And you won't make a profit on any of these any time soon.
