The bell in the video is from Myanmar(Burma). In World war 2 Japan take that ancient bell from Myanmar but while crossing Ayeyarwady river the bell fell into the water. So, they try to take it out the river but they fail. When Myanmar(Burma) get freedom from England and Japan we try to get that bell out from the water. After trying so many time we get the bell out of the river and we put it in the original place.

One thing I love most about Japan people is that they all speak there mother tounge unlike some countries where people who speak English are considered intelligent

Some things to add about this place: Besides how you can leave something and nobody will even touch it, you can literally lose something on a plane, maybe even a hotel, or any type of building, and it will be found for you! For example, you can lose your bag in a building in a concert, you can call a staff member or someone at the building to tell them that you forgot your bag, or you can lose your headphones on a plane, and a staff can bring it back to you! (These are actual events but the bag one is from Okinawa.) And yes, they are very polite when you see them. In fact, whenever they eat, they say "頂きます！(Itadakimasu!)" Which can mean "Let's eat!" and they put their hands together and bow, after they eat they say "ごちそうさまでした！(Gochisousamadeshita)!" Which means "Thank you for the meal!" (Please make sure though, that when you are eating something like rice or (御飯), do not have your chopsticks stand up vertically in it, because that means death, or し in Japanese, not only that, It will also be seen as very rude, so try avoid doing that when having a meal.)
