You can eat what you want everyday! Stop food terrorism! It’s not the type of meal that makes you fat, it’s the calories surplus that makes you fat! If you eat the same things everyday, you’ll probably cheat on yourself on the weekend, if you eat what you want everyday in the right proportions, you’ll have much better results in the long time with no need of “cheat” meals.

Spit that truth brother. I'm miserable without breads, pastas, rice and more importantly my desserts. I bake myself a dessert once a month, sometimes twice. Like you I exercise quite a bit, I'm fit and eat whatever I want. I'm much happier when I don't deprive myself of delicious treats.

You guys don't consider that health Is not only outside... You should consider your body all around. You can look great but have a bad Blood pressure or inflammation. Obviously i wish everyone the best health possible, i Hope you get my point that they slim doesn't mean being healthy.

@@cryptonite3736 I think the perfect example towards your point is Bob Harper, the coach from The Biggest Loser tv show who had a heart attack. Yeah he looked great on the outside but internally was obviously a different story.

@@romeyrome32 Yes skinny people get diabetes, kidney failure, Heart Attack etc. Im in currently doing intermittent fasting and It has really changed my life; I do a low carb diet and fast for 20+plus Horus eating two times a day ( sometimes one). Of course i allow my self to have some ICE Creamy or cake but it's not everyday, during the week a have basically zero sugar and very low carb ( i do cheat meals too anyways but once a week). Look for guys like Dr Berg or Dr Sten Ekberg on KZfaq i learned a lot from them

If they only knew...My brother does something similar to what you do. He eats little to no sugar, low carbs, has a smoothie or protein shake in the morning then eats one meal a day. It works for him.
