I currently eat about 4 meals a day but working up to more. My rule of thumb is, if it can comfortably fit into the palm of your hand then that's enough. I've actually started to wake up feeling hungry lol. So I'll have enough chicken to fit into the palm of my hand, enough potato or rice to fit into the palm of my hand and enough veg to fit into the palm of my hand. It's more manageable this way. I'll then wait an hour or maybe 2 to train after said meal(s). The reason I used these measurements is because the palm of your hand tends to be how big your stomach is. He seems to be following a similar method here.

A lot of these actors literally go get food from meal prep companies and have them sitting in the fridge every week. Its not for the poor because they do cost a lot I was spending 150 a week just for 14 meals a week that didn't include breakfast. @@imGlobL You’re implying the only way he is like that is due to taking steroids. Yes he may take a cycle now and then but 90% of his physique is down to sheer hard work, dedication, will power and determination. He’s done 2 workouts before most people get out of bed. He force feeds himself bland meals on a daily basis 7 times a day. That takes a hell of a character to stick to that kind of life day in day out. Has he taken steroids? No doubt he has, but they do nothing compared to his phenomenal hard work.

ScottBradyFitness well there you go hey!! So your saying 10% is only roids lol keep lying to yourself. You say steroids do nothing? Funny how Olympians use steroids and get caught after winning then get banned for life. Do you know why they get banned for life. Because you will always have that edge in putting on size and muscle even when you stop taking roids over your competitor. Do your research mate. And also your body needs to recover from training you can't just do 2 sessions of training ever day. Funny how all the other celebrities say the same thing they eat chicken and broccoli and rice and go from average size to jacked up on massive size and muscle in a matter of a few months in their interviews lol. You just have to look at Henry cavill for his role as superman in justice league. From normal to massive, that is impossible in a short amount of time.
