9 symptoms that your car battery is dying

In this video, I'll explain and discuss the most common symptoms of a dying car battery. Fortunately, batteries die slowly and in majority of situations it gives us some of the following warning signs:
1) Dashboard warning light illuminated
2) Slow engine crank
3) Clicking sound when turning the key
4) Dim headlights
5) The battery case is swollen
6) The battery is just too old
7) Battery terminals loose over time
8) You left a light on
9) Corrosion or film on battery terminals
And a pro advice about how to avoid thousands of dollars in damage to your car.

One more symptoms with newer cars is that electrical issues start occurring and intermittently (key fob not working at time, dashboard and radio turning off briefly, radar sensor system shutting off briefly, car even shutting off because battery is not sending signal to ignition).

Thank you! Today, my car took a while to turn on. Yesterday my radio turned off all by itself then it turned on by itself.

you said "car even shutting off because battery is not sending signal to ignition" , this happens while driving or? I have a honda civic 08 , dont know how old is battery , but my car dies mid driving when i go to neutral

My car is starting slower than last year. I'll get it check in May. My father just had his replaced. He leaves everything on. I told him that will suck power from your battery during startup. He learned his lesson to turn everything off before shutting off

There’s many things in my truck that just don’t work like the gas meter and some other meters just don’t work and they sit all the way at the bottom and only my 2 front dash speakers work and when I push up on all the window levers the headlights dim

What if you have a push start will it also click when cranking?

With a push start, it is achieved by engaging the manual transmission (with key in "run" position), the starter isn't involved.

My car wouldn't start for a while but then I got a jump and it started. Then the next day it wouldn't start. So I unplugged the battery clamps for about a week. Then I connected the clamps back on and my car almost started but couldn't turn over. So my question is, would that be a bad battery or a bad alternator? Thanks!

When you crank you car take off the battery terminals starting with negative first if with both terminals off it's still running that means your alternator good if it die your alternator is bad

If Your Battery Is Swollen; You Should Immediately Replace It Even If You Are Are Able To Start Your Vehicle. A Swollen Battery Is A Dangerous Battery.
