I have a few early and mid-game tips, if you want! Put fences around all farm plots, even if you are not using them, so you always get a reward the morning after a storm happens anywhere in the map. Get a llama as early as you can (there are some in the fall-themed areas, in the way to Herbstburg); they provide a 12h warm buff that will help you explore the snowy areas or the desert at night. Wolf is a good early game pet that can bring you expensive fish that are hard to catch before you get fishing rod upgrades.

Pro tip: You never need to water grass, they grow just fine.

Hilltop fishing pond has a golden carp that you can fish once a day but if you save and reload it will respawn the fish in any water so you don't have to run all over the map to get the same type of fish.

To add on, Judy has another quest which asks for 10 glass and she gives you 3 milk. Basically, out of Judy's 4 quests (which you can pretty much trigger everyday), 2 of them gives you 3 milk. Which would be useful especially for the Aurora Fes which requires 30 milk in total lol.

First of all i love this game. Its different to what i usually play ( horror and action ) but i was looking for a calm change. And seriously im so glad this was my first proper farming game. Its so sweet. My advice, learn to fish. Its great for gold, always fish in any area. Your tips are great thankyou. Il make sure i keep the tuna ❤ early game harvesting lumber and rocks while stamina is off is top advice. Also at the beach there are shallow ares you can walk on to forage. Hey, I have been petting and giving apple to the brown horse everyday, it's friendship level increases each day when I pet it, but when the music thingy above it is full, it doesn't say that the horse is fully tamed

You don't have to unlock the other mines. While all mines have falling rocks, Lenctenbury is the only one without pitfall. Add that to the fact that ores and gemstones spawn in all mines, with only small variations in spawn rate, and you get an easy grind solution. Just get really good at avoiding the rocks. Don't spam the smash button and look out for the red exclamation point that appears above your head when the rocks start falling. The deeper you get into lenctenbury mine, the easier it'll be to find the stuff you need. Trust me. I kicked myself for weeks after that realization. I forced myself to break my formula of going from village to village in order of thier seasonal theme so that I could get gold from The North Providence mine, only to find a whole two Iodes of it in the Lenctenbury mine like two in game days after finishing the story. I'm still salty about that.

I've been able to catch Tuna with Level 1 bait and I did have my first fishing rod upgrade too. Just to make you aware of that. But yeah tuna (and other big salt water fish) are a challenge. Btw, I've yet to find Level 2 bait (I only got some as a reward), so do you know when I can get some? (Hears answer), but I am at Lvl 3 and it hasn't unlocked yet. It seems my village levels are capped so I wonder if I have to complete the main storyline first. Okay I didn't know about the Shops sharing your storage, that's awesome! One tip in general I have is you don't have keep track of more than one farm field. I only keep track of one (and I don't even use all of it, depending on the size) to make my life easier. Oh about the Horses, they won't work in extreme cold and hot climates. This is a guess on my part, but I think animals like reindeer and camels might work in these types of areas.

During the first few days, does the trees regenerate when you go in and out of buildings or the mines? Because it’ll sure help me in the main story quests and side quests too because stamina I heard it’s a pain in the butt.

How much iron ore, copper ore and milk should I hoard? I got 99 x2 of milk, and 15stacks of iron ore, around 10 stacks+ of lumber, 13 stacks of ore, and 2 stacks of copper ore 5555
