They can lead to inflammation of the pancreas, known as pancreatitis.

Iv had problems for some time I do not drink use ileagal drugs over the counter pain ibprophiene Sisatic pain arthritis pain No more fast food fried foods mostly water sales and beries now hard to eat with out pain or water to push it down thank you for this info very helpful may save or greatly improve my health

Whole grains unfortunately are heavily sprayed with pesticides. I no longer eat oats/oatmeal or anything “whole grains” Research this yourselves🤓
