9-Year-Old Fan Designs Steph Curry's New Sneakers for Girls

Steph Curry made good on a promise to a young fan by creating a special pair of shoes in honor of International Women's Day. Last year, Riley Morrison of California wrote the NBA player because she was disappointed his sneakers, the Curry 5's, didn't come in girl's sizes. To her surprise, Curry wrote back and promised to correct the error. He also asked Riley to create the artwork for the Curry 6's. InsideEdition.com's Mara Montalbano has more. #InsideEdition

LyonKing👑 - nah, it’s not always fun to buy boys/men’s shoes. I wear a size 13 in women’s and can’t find sneakers in women’s in my size, so I have to settle for men’s, when I just want pretty colors.

Wow this is really nice of Curry to go through all the trouble of writing back to this little girl’s letter, changing the sizes and the section, meeting her at the Underarmour store, letting her design the next shoes, and even coming to meet her especially when he could have been doing anything else at that time. I can think of so many people that would pay lots of money just to do that when the little girl got if for FREE. Good job, good man.
