Hey Rob, big congratulations! I moved to Thailand 2.5 years ago. And no lie, YOU are the person who convinced me I could transition from Hillsboro, Oregon, USA to Phuket Thailand! After I moved here I looked around Kamala several times in the last couple of years Hoping to bump into you and buy you a Leo and thank you for your inspiration! But, alas, I never crossed your path. However, Now I’m married and settled down outside Chiang Mai in beautiful New house. . So again, congratulations on your 9 year anniversary and thanks for sharing your experiences and inspiration . I’m glad I bought a one way ticket to Thailand 2.5 years ago and now I am married to a Thai lady and happily living here in Thailand. Thanks to you! 😊👍

Big congratulations Rob from California, I’ve been with you on ur journey since the early days maybe ur first couple months, never had an account until recent but was alway enjoying, I can definitely say ur videos were a big part of me understanding Thailand as I started watching before b4 my uncle and I’s trip & ur videos were fun but informational , u we’re definitely one of the early ones doing these vlogs and one of my favorites I’ve since been many times, and just want to give a shout out to the OG of this and to share A beer on a future trip would fun as hell !! Looking much better than you did last year when you had the hernia surgery. Those were very educational videos! Did you hear about Steady Eddie the other podcaster who had relocated permanently to Thailand? His retirement didn’t last long- he had vowed to never return home to England! He’s in bad shape! He’s back in England. Things look grim for him. He lived like an epicurean and it caught up with him, I guess. Stay strong.
