It's often said that humans only use 20% of their brains, so imagine how powerful we would be if we could use the whole thing... BUT, what's not often talked about is how most of us limit the 20% we do use with underconfidence, limiting beliefs and fear of the unknown 😱 So, in this video, I share 5 powerful techniques that will transform anyone from analysis paralysis to action-driven go-getter... All in 90 days.
We have so much potential as humans - and in this video, I share actual, practical techniques (rather than a load of vague ideas) to reach that potential by, first, changing your mindset. This video will move you towards a growth mindset, meaning you feel like you can take risks and making your fears seem less scary. This video will allow you to write your own life story every day - and in that story, you'll be flipping strong, determined and committed.
Then, second, we focus on actions that will mean you accomplish goals faster than you thought possible 💪 And before you know it, 90 days have passed, and your life is a s**t tonne better.

About Me
I'm a lawyer, part-time KZfaqr, son, brother, startup founder, fiancé, black coffee drinker and plant dad. I graduated from Cambridge University (where I studied French and Spanish), topped my law school class and now work for a corporate law firm in London as a trainee solicitor (which takes up a lot of my time)!
Around that, I'm a big fan of discovering new ways of thinking, of balancing work with life, and of performing to the very best of my ability. Ohh, and being happy. And I try to share all that on this KZfaq channel 😀
Fun fact: I believe we massively overplay the role of “natural talent” 😮 AND… I also believe that TOGETHER, WE ARE ALL CAPABLE OF POSITIVITY, PRODUCTIVITY AND SUCCESS.

I really needed a video like this right now. I'm a German law student trying to prepare for my first state exam. For the last month, I think I was paralyzed because of the fear to close an important chapter in my life. Right now, I'm hyped for the next 90 days and I hope that this feeling will remain. Thank you so much!

Hey Liam, I didn't meet my dad until I was 16. I grew up on council estates, my mum was a drug addict. At 18 I met my now wife and decided to focus on making my life better. Build a name for myself in a niche industry. Did well. Started my own business, turned over 350k first year, 500k year 2. Year 3 we went under and I'm starting again working for someone else, rebuilding myself both mentally and professionally. Appreciate this video, especially now I'm in a point in my life I wanna focus on making myself better both mentally and professionally. Staying focused and pushing forward. Thanks for posting! Lets smash it!

Thank you very much for this video Liam! I discovered your channel a while ago but for several month - I would almost say a year - the algorithm didn't show me a video of yours. don't know why. But I'm very glad I came across your video. I am right now working very hard to achieve several goals of mine also while maintaining a full time role. Your video therefore is no new idea for me but a very good reinforcement. It's nice to have likeminded people because IMHO it's easier this way to achieve your goals.

Liam you are such a great youtuber, I don't know how you don't have more followers! I've just watched this video twice, once through for the content and the second to make notes. My goal in the next three months is to retrain in another career and find a new job. I'm stuck in a bit of a dead-end job that just fell into and I sort of need to start again and find something that I want to really pursue and go up the ranks in, but I'm almost 28 and want to buy a house/get married/have children soon so it's very scary time. I've been constantly putting it off due to fear of 'not having enough time left to get my life sorted'. These have been very limiting. I've got the time that I make, and I'm going to work on these for the next three months and get out of this job in 2024 into something that I love! I wish you the best of luck with your goals and looking forward to the update in the new year!

I took less modules in this semester because i finally wanted better grades and the only way i see this happening is when i make enough time to actually focus on each one. I want to get my website for my side hustle up in running because at the moment i am managing it only through email and whatsapp. I want to overcome my fear and start putting videos out online which i have been toying with since years now. While I love these kind of videos, sometimes it’s disheartening that nothing works for those of us who don’t do “project/client” based work. For example if you’re a doctor, or you answer 999 calls - you can’t just do a 4 hour week. It’s a set week. You can’t always go to the gym. You work weird hours. Not your fault at all, but I wish there were more night-shift 12 hour 60 hour normal week based KZfaqrs.

Same here, I think those strategies are still valuable no matter the scale you're able to implement them in your actual life (what you described I believe is experience of average 30 y/o, just add a child, partner and sick parent to support). You may try Ryan Holiday podcast (Daily Stoic) I think his ideas work really well for strenuous life.

I’m pretty sure Liam’s work week is close to 60h. There are 24h gyms now. When I stop going, it’s more an excuse. I realise I will feel better even after a 30 min workout. The rest is my laziness. I found that waking up early before work helps with the other goals like learning. Concerning caretaking, it depends on a person you have to support. My granny, who had cancer, barely asked for anything, while my mom asks for something every 15 minutes, so this is very true and underwhelming.

The idea that "most people" say their parents are inspirational is WILD to me. That alone is a symptom of privilege which many are unaware of.

I can’t say I’ve been inspired by my parents to do just about anything 🙈

No. This statement is a sign off privilege.

Well, sorry that our parents worked their ass off so that we had a cushion. Now it’s our time to do the same for our kids, instead of kicking them out at 18 with empty pockets like in the US.

"privilege" stfu. We have a right to be proud of our parents, stop trying to shame people for their lives.

A REAL job is doing whatever you enjoy, not what you have to do in order to live/survive. This is what so many people don't seem to understand. We have opportunities and choices now - it just requires a bit of creative thinking and effort. You have 23/24 year olds becoming millionaires and driving Lamborghini's through forex trading, drop shipping, online sales.....whatever! They have all found their passion and have turned it into their success. Don't spend your best years tied to a desk, giving away YOUR time for someone else. You turn up to your job for someone else's benefit. How about you start turning up for yourself instead?

It’s common sense. I don’t need a video outlining how to live a better life. 🤦‍♂️
