And 0 to 60 in 1 mile? Nah, just kidding. High revving engines are awesome but if they lack torque they're pretty much useless in high categories of motorsports. Not that ideal for a daily either but to have fun in some back roads, track days or autocross hell yeah!

@@niceboi6364 the best part about a high revving performance k series is that with an intake the induction sound is as crazy as this Porsches and you get to hear that everyday, reliably and affordably 😂 just dont make your exhaust sound like taco bell and focus on the intake and the fact a K series is literally a race engine with an off and on switch LOL.

You can see a slip light from pop up when the fuel gets cut and also right when he shifts into second gear it’s on again to prevent wheel spin, even with traction control turned “off” I’m pretty sure it still helps cut fuel to prevent the wheels from spinning excessively you can hear it and see it

Honda B series production engines were spinning 9K with just upgraded valve springs added in the 1980s. The S2K was released around year 2000 and spinning to just over 9K with zero mods. 24 years later, what's so great about 9K again?

Depends on each engine. Porsche engines can easily handle 9000RPM while other engines would just fall apart.

Ferrari F140 in the 812 comp and SP3 is even more impressive. That's a 6.5 litre V12 that knocks out peak power at 9250RPM and goes to 9500RPM. This displaces only 4 litres and has half the cylinders. Imagine the precision and balance the Ferrari engine needs to do 9500RPM.
