For today's vintage recipe, we're going back to the 90s! I remember these dirt cups being at every birthday party I went to as a kid (with either Blue or Barbie Girl playing in the background at a bowling alley 🎳) With how easy these are to make, I can see why they were so popular!

My niece and nephews were in town and I got to share one of my childhood favorites with them. They agree this is definitely a recipe to try out!

15 oreos, crushed
PUDDING:
2 cups milk
1 package chocolate jello pudding mix
8 ounces cool whip / whipped topping
½ cup oreos, crushed
TOPPING:
gummy worms

I lovee doing the vintage videos and feeling like I've stepped back in time to taste what people 50 years ago, etc. tasted, but this one was extra special, tasting something I'd tasted before (and haven't tasted since I was little, I feel like there's few things that I actually haven't had again since I was little, so, extra special lol) I always struggle to open boxes, bags, etc. on camera haha, such a struggle! LOL the hairrrr 🤣I thought it would be so funny, then when I was editing I was just cringing too hard, only left like 2 short clips of the wig in the video 😂 (I did wear it the entire time though)

Bahaha yessss so much nostalgia! I feel like there aren't many things I haven't tasted since childhood, like I'm always eating 🤣 but this is definitely something I hadn't had since I was little and was definitely so nostalgic to taste (and the outfit was so fun to put together, my first time tie dying, ever!) I'm looking forward to revisiting the 90s again in the future! 💜

Bahahaha 🤣 I was laughing so hard any time I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror while I was making this! When it came time to edit, I was cringing so hard at it though, so there's only like 2 short clips of me with the wig in the final video, but I wore it the entire time 😂 This was such a fun video to do, it was fun to relive the 90s a little bit 😊

Dirt cups were my favorite desert when I was a kid. And I think practically every potluck-ish thing I went to had some form of a dirt cake. You're doing the 90s proud with the recipe and that hair.

Hahaha, I usually try to dress up for my vintage videos, usually it's more subtle, this one was special, with it being a decade I actually lived through 🤣 Oooh these would be awesome for Halloween! Maybe add some more spooky treats as toppings (or under the dirt!)

Bahahaha 🤣🤣🤣 thanks! I thought the wig would be so funny, then when I was editing I was just embarrassed and cut most of it out of the video 🤣 These dirt cups are so good! 😋 I might like to try making these again and maybe adding a layer of cake or maybe rice pudding to add even more texture!
