I think Regan looked great. Vastly improved and his back shots were awesome but still I think Nathan single handedly won the front and side shots.

Nathan. More size, better condition, symmetry about even (Nathan has balance from top to bottom and front to back, just not so even with hamstrings, but you could say same for Regan quads). Structure goes to Regan. Balance is symmetry. Proportions is same as balance and symmetry. The pillars are structure, conditioning, size and symmetry. Those four things are judging criteria

Regan is a great guy, amazing bone structure, great potential and structure wise far better than Nathan, but to be honest, he did not deserve the win. His conditioning looked like he was 4 weeks out. His ass clearly was watery and off. I am sorry, the conditioning is simply not good enough. If Regan was standing next to a prime Dorian Yates he would be absolutely embarrassed because of his conditioning.

In my opinion Nathan wins: both side shots,front double bi and most muscular. Reagan wins both back shots and abs and thighs. Front lat spread could go either way but i had Nathan. I think Nathan will prove he is the better bodybuilder in the Olympia unless he is denied to travel

Regan had side tricep because Nathan doesn’t control his midsection, bigger tricep, and shoulder is diced, he also had both back shots, abs and thigh and most muscular. The picture they show in the podcast of most muscular Regan is not in the shot yet. Both front shots and side chest goes to Nathan.

There are so many layers here. All the relationships between these guys as well as each one of them individually with Regan. Glad I listened all the way through...poor Jay was trying to thread the needle but even he got frustrated at times and put some real pearls on the table.... 'well then he needs to do the stairs 2X/day'..... 'social media distracts their focus'... 'why dont you have Regan training twice a day, is it because it doesn't fit his social media lifestyle'......boom...... what could Milos say, when he wasn't there in person for either show-week prep? I gotta feeling the Regan Olympia prep is gonna be one tightly run ship. None of these guys wants to have this kind of conversation again. Not saying where he might place, but we are going to see the best tightest Regan ever in a few weeks.

I love Milos, but I feel like he’s not even trying anymore to not be biased. I mean he literally was trying to imply that regan had some of the most conditioned lower body from the back which is crazy. Also why compare sharpened and edited photos. That is obviously is to the benefit of regan since he was the the least conditioned in the top 5!

The photos are all photo shopped. Not an accurate image of what they really looked like. Regan was soft you can tell in the face. Nathan was dialed in weeks ahead

Milos really living up to the biased coach tag, it wasn’t even close and even all the neutrals at the show said the same thing so it’s not just live v pics. Think of it like a state athletic commission and the UFC. The commission sets the rules etc provides the judges. Why were you guys comparing filtered photos? I was at Italy show and Spain show. I was sat front/center behind the judges and in the direct line of head judge/photographers. Nathan was as dominant in Spain as he was in Italy . Overall Nathan had more density roundness and conditioning collectively in both shows when you compare pose for pose. Nathan should have won in my opinion based on this explanation. These shows need to be judged like the Olympia in the same fashion. That means you have to knock out the champ to win and that did not happen in Spain.

These guys are all funny. Was Ronnie as aesthetic as Flex or Kevin? Was Phil as aesthetic as Cedric, Rhoden, Dexter? Was Dorian as aesthetic as Shawn Ray or Flex? In the last 25 years there have been 3 guys to win that were more aesthetic than the second place guys, and they only won one each and they were among the most conditioned when they won. So if any of these guys had a friggin clue they could figure out that shape and symmetry plays a part but conditioning and muscularity play a bigger. I expect this kind of BS talk from Milos but I'm seriously surprised at Jay, especially since he was a wide waisted bodybuilder himself who always beat guys with much better shapes then him

I think an argument could be made for Regan to edge Nathan in the back shots but Nathan won all other poses by a wider margin. The judging was inconsistent with a week prior and not objective. There won’t be any breakdown of why Tegan won by the judges bc they won’t be able to defend their position.

Tim Budesheim and Roman Fritz - the two outsiders - showed off though! They came in a condition, second to none, especially Tim. I can not truly say who in my opinion made the 1st place, i think its ok Regan got it, but the other way around (Nathan) would be fine too. I hope we see some more of this outsiders, because they bring fresh wind in and if they still get their conditioning on point, in my eyes they are great challangers!!! ... Amazing podcast like ever 🙏🏼 Riguardo le due competizioni onestamente sebbene Reagan in Spagna fosse migliore riesporto alla settimana precedente credo che il condizionamento di Nathan fossero migliore inteso come durezza e separazione.Probabilmente i giudici hanno preferito far vincere un atleta non qualificato senza dubbio meritevole. E sia Roman che Tim avevano un condizionamento disumano ma la struttura non felice li ha relegati a posizioni peggiori

Reagan is a great competitor ,he won a couple of poses from the back thats it, this has been obvious from the beginning to any bodybuilders out there.

I agree with Milos for sure. I felt like overall lines and structure and balance Regan won. But from the front Nathan looked slightly more conditioned in some poses. But overall I think the judges were right. Also it gives Nathan and Regan a chance to be in the Olympia, so I think that will settle it anyway. I think Regan will get better and better in the next few years too.

@@musicacc2255 ...what excuses exactly? Tell me one! I squeezed his hand so hard as he was trying to pull out... All he had to do is SHAKE ON IT. He should have... Apparently, he checked online just minutes before the show...It was the perfect opportunity to win the bet and embarrass me...(which he actually did - as I usually don't forget these things....I guess I am getting old?)
