Can acrylic 12mm thick and 100-120cm diameter can be made like that? At what temperature (minimum-maximum) must be used? At what pressure does the compressor have to do? I would be grateful if you are happy to be able to provide the answer. ((((Always want to try new things))))

Its possible and you should use 200 degree and 20 mins

There seems to be some issues at the center of the top (of the dome itself). Do you know why?

air needs to deflected to the bottom of the dome not the top. by not doing this, air cools the plastic before it is full blown , this causes distortion on the top

+Quang Lộc Lưu Lâm Smooth, uniform and virtually hemispherical domes can be blown from sheets, with air pressure of about 0.6bar (10psi)(larger domes or blown shapes need less pressure because the extension per unit of area is less).
