Boy, I would of loved to been sitting in the movie theater, eating popcorn, watching this movie with the rest of the people, it must of been great. I get the feeling everyone was happy and all was having a real fun. No special effects, just plain ole funny, can't get better that that. Thank You for this movie.

Thank you for uploading one of my favorite films. I have not seen it in years and it was great to see it again. Mary K Dodson, who worked under the great Edith Head at one point, did a wonderful job with the women’s period costumes for this film. They were spot on. Compare these with the ladies costumes of “Titanic” (1997) and you’ll see a remarkable similarity. Norma Varden, who played Lady Maud, counted amongst her many roles, Frau Schmidt in “The Sound of Music”.

Thank you so much. I heard this on Lux Radio theatre five days ago, did a KZfaq search for it, and of course they Did not find it. Until they could recommend it to me. To show me that their one employee knows what he is doing. Well, as long as I can enjoy it. Again thanks.

What a classic! I just bought it on Prime to add to my extensive stream collection. Who remembers when Betamax and VHS came out and you could pay upwards of $100 per. I just paid $9.99 for stream ownership I can download it whenever to whatever or simply play itt and it'll never stretch scratch fade skip or deteriorate with age. Now that's technology I can handle. Anyway, back to Fancy Pants, I remember watching it as a kid on KCOP 13 or KTTV 11 when a little kid. I Love Lucy was still a huge syndication deal then even us kids loved Lucy. So it was cool to see her in a movie for my first time and COLOR movie on our new color console Sylvania TV which was a real big deal back then. Kids today don't realize all that stuff about color TV. In the early 60s it was still in it's infancy lots of shows were still made b/w and color TVs were pretty expensive vs a b/w set. Actually we were one of the first on our street to have one! Anyway I'm starting down my TMI memory lane again. But when I watched Fancy Pants it really makes you think of what an era that's all gone and we'll never have movies made that way again with such legendary actors like Ball and Hope. Sigh 😔

My Niece Francesca reminds me of Lucy a little bit. I told her. She has her mannerisms.
