This was the ultimate teenage show that embodied the 90s culture in a nutshell. For many of us born in the late 70s and early 80s, this show was very special to us (along with Family Matters, Home Improvement, Cosby Show, Fresh Prince, etc.). I've got the DVD collection and when I watched each episode in order by season, it really took me back to the good ol' days of being a kid and teen, not worry about bills and when people got along a lot better. RIP 90s, there will never ever be a decade as great as it!

At age 30, I technically watched the original series with my older sister when I was a kid and I fell in love with him in the mid 90s when the first reruns started. He was my first love, lol.

If you read Dustin's book, he goes into great detail about various episodes. I think Mark must have suffered from PTSD. Deep down I believe he could remember but chooses not to. He will always be "Zack Morris" in every casting directors eye. Which is a curse of most child actors.

I remember choosing between this or Saturday morning cartoons and more time than not I chose this!!! Cute innocent, coming of age show that was real important to me. Mark seems like a normal guy...which is cool because so many actors come off as such. I also like that he made it a point to reference his wife and kids.

It's not weird not remembering what you did in that period. For an audience member, you do something that they connected with for some reason and thus they remember. For a performer it's just yet another thing you've done.

I love what he says about Dustin Diamond - he could've done it so differently and sounded really bitter. But the way he said it it justs makes him more adorable and awesome :)

Mark's a pro at this. Handled it all real well. Interviewer could have been a bit better but it was overall a good one.

Many fail to realize that creating a show as an actor is constructed in pieces. Scenes are done over and over. You sometimes do the end part before the beginning. All the footage gets handed to a production crew and they piece it together. We as the fans witnessed the final product. The actors don't experience it the same way unless they see the finished product afterwards like a regular fan would.

Nancy Valen played the school nurse (in high heels), how could he possibly forget, to me the single greatest guest spot on the show. They just played it last week.

Honestly, I don't think he's being arrogant at all. This interview seemed to focus completely around SBTB and everything dealing with that show, when he probably was really looking forward to talking about some of his recent projects. Given that, I think he did a great job, and he even said that he loved that show and wouldn't diss it for anything. (This is refreshing, since so many other actors on similar shows seem to have done that). Nice to see someone who knows where they came from!

I grew up watching Saved By The Bell so he'll always be Zack Morris BUT he's also Det. John Clark to me as well b/c NYPD Blue is my most favorite show of all times & he was on their & I can tell ya when he 1st came on Blue it was like no, no, no Zack Morris can't be on this show eventually he grew into & became 1 of Andy Sipowicz best partners he wasn't the best but was 2nd best! He proved alot to me that this guy is 1 heck of an actor outside of just Zack Morris!

i think he thought the tori he was talking about was screechs gf tori spelling the actress back in season 4 so i think thats why he thought they didnt kiss tori
