July 7_8. 2024 Headaches..fatigue and also I AM Happy, Joyous and Free! Often I find JOY in allowing every single next adventure

Slept good throughout the weekend. Napping a lot. Feels like my body needs the rest.

Feeling good today been grounding big time had fatigue yesterday and a horrible migraine on the 4th of July but I'm slowly integrating these energies rolling in

I've been taking naps , feeling heart palpitations, headaches.. Drinking lots of water not really hungry light eating.. My 9 year old has been complaining about stomach aches with nausea...

Dizziness, a bit of fatigue, but I feel mentally and psychically 'on point'

Started to feel achey evening of July 6th. Today July 7 in bed achey exhausted like I have the flu.

I feel mostly the big sun spikes. Was very very intense about 1.5-2 months ago. I felt it when I lay in my bed in the morning and a big wave was coming in. In these time I often did some yoga poses intuitively. That's strange sometimes. I knew in the past I never did much yoga poses and find it weird but the sun spikes triggered this. Nearly the same as in 2020 when I did this in the night and it was really intuitive, there I did it the first time in my life 😂 I'm 39 now.

I had to take a nap and I never do!

Feeling befuddled today

We lost power here, no bad weather, around this time.

we lost power last night around 9:30 eastern standard, didn't get it back till 11:30-12

just 12 hours before i experienced sudden change of ear ringing...i clearly noticed it and i was wondering what was that?...i thought it was my blood pressure or some other medical issue btw im 35....but now i saw this video i think it was 95 Schumann Blast

Is this an all time record? or just rare?
