Yep, you do need coaching...for you! At GSW, Kerr is not far enough up their org chart to improve trade, draft, or resigning decisions. He's stuck with what he's given as a roster to winnow. Nobody else can change that virtual "shortfall". GSW has been stuck with small ball, precisely by the lack of size, for several years. That's not a change that a GSW coach can make. Myers/Dunleavy and Lacob have the say on what/who Kerr has as roster material.

Once that happen we saw the depletion of the big which in spite of the two year run it took unsung bench players like McGee and West to bail them out when their backs were up against the wall. The last year 2018-2019 when the two major injury happened the roster was pretty much cleared regardlesd of the drafting of Wiseman. Even before go back Kerr and Green were already tensions as to how KD was now doing too much isolation. Remember Kerrs interviews with Green in the back chipping away and KD sayng they know who I am! The writing was on the wall Cavs , when he loss Green he didnt know how to counter, when he loss KD then Thompson he didnt again. He transform small ball as the only way, ball movement, spacing, that he forgot how he got there, Bogut, Lee, Zaza, McGee, West, when he got the last chip that did it, who needs a big its my way or highway. He ask the owners this season let me run it back with the core because that is what we all want reason no moves to get bigger what so ever got even smaller. Kerr has absolutely got something against Kuminga & Moody. In his presser after exit interviews he was very harsh against Kuminga. Why moody doesn’t play is also ridiculous. He’s showing these last 2 yrs that he is not a great coach.

I'm sure and trades, draft picks and resignings gets not only approval but recommendations. Bob Myers said in a past interview that he is not going to recruit 7 footers if they are going to sit on the bench. Alluding to fact that Kerr has a select few players that he likes. And Kerr will ride them on the bench if they don't meet his personal expectations rather than the true outcomes.

You make a lot of good points. However, there is evidence to suggest, Kerr will not play players he doesn't like. Mike D can bring in a 7 footer... however, it seems Kerr will go out of his way to "NOT play him. It's strange. Height is exactly what GS needs. Make it make sense.

He can't shoot if he doesn't play can he. This man played Lamb over him for a full season and he only gave him a shot this season because he publicly complained. Terrible coach for young talent. Anthony Edwards on this team would've been riding the bench.

Because that was the only other semblance of offence we had. That style is also outdated and backwards iso doesn’t win you titles everyone knows that. If kuminga can’t shoot he’s gonna be PF that doesn’t elevate the teams ceiling because he can’t space the floor.

Kerr isn't front office. He's hired help. He takes what FO gives him as roster material. Lacob is the primary decider; he has the "checkbook". None of your "IN" candidates are available. CP3 is not a liability. Wiggins is their best all-around defender physically; Draymond's the BBIQ master. Looney's not as tradeable as many expect. It's much better to just let reality sort things out. Your druthers, or any other fan's, aren't part of their equation.
