My only question to anyone saying, "I've invested so much..." is---if you invested that much, why would you therefore sell at a LOSS? Why not hold out a bit longer? If you already own it, it isn't costing you anymore to just hold onto it quietly and wait. 🤷‍♂

I still maintain 90% of all XRP holders will have sold by $3~$10 my first selling point will be $17.00 to recover costs and lock in profit, after that I will be waiting for AMM’s to provide a return on the rest.

This might be the case if you are invested in non utility coins... just buy XRP & XLM and you can hold without worrying about crashes.

It doesn't matter how much $/XRP will be in this bull run, I won't sell it :D

I adhere to the order of 10 exit strategy. Pick an average baseline where your crypto sat around for a long time during crypto winter. Multiply by 10 (provided that it's an altcoin with strong pumpamentals, BTC and ETH won't have that kind of multiplier effect). That's your price target. Sell half your bag at that point. If Price goes up another 10x from there, sell remaining 40% of bag. Continue to hodl remaining 10% (or 50% if you never got that second selling opportunity) of original bag beyond current bull run into the future. Slowly accumulate more over the next crypto winter. Repeat

My biggest hurdle is going to be when my bag reaches to the levels of £500-£600k (Big XRP holder), that's when I'm going to want to cash out just solely because it can pay off all of my mortgages and allow me to retire in my 30's Knowing it will probably soar higher in price, what would one do in this scenario?

Mate, most of them are talking about taking profits if you are leverage trading, you take profits and keep compounding, it's not the same for long term holders taking profits, it's a whole different ball game! 😉

Answering your question Lewis at one time I held a good position in xrp 2 years on its making me nothing so I had to make a decision and that decision was find assets that are going to make me gains now for example Kaspa gaming coins layer two's Manta Pacific etc.... I had no spare cash so had to use xrp for funding... I am not alone a lot of people are done with this bankers coin and the insiders that will dump on you at the slightest pump... market cap is huge.. doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out ripple are for ripple not the poor retail investors

Just when you think you got it all worked out they will change the game plan. You sell and it all keeps going up. You lost.

After the halving - Take 1/4 out before Christmas and the other 3/4 out before Easter is what works for me, there's probably a better strategy out there but I don't know of any

I haven’t heard can price targets for what I calculated, I believe based on Elliot waves XRP will double bull run this cycle like 2017. But it will have an even bigger run than 2017, this is the major C wave. And XRP at the Very top will be around $1500 USD. Trillions will enter into XRP…. Then the bear market of the next cycle will be around $30-$60…. And then in 2032 we have our last E wave which gets us to 10k per XRP.

For me, the idea is to sell most of my crypto when they go up (try to time the top half or top quarter) apart from my XRP. I may let some XRP go if I want more profit, but try and keep most of it for the future. I'm looking forward to seeing adoption of XRP so I can watch the price slowly rise and not come back down.

for Me I set prices points 4 or 5 points to triger sell at 10% and 15 amounts up to 50%gross the other 50% long term hold pension and trigger sell new targets or hire out to loan all three stratagies and buy tear 1 assets gold realestate. ect not finacial advice just my plan for me.

How do we decide where and when to take profits. How much to take or what percentage. Because what if we sell way too early or what if we dont sell and then the price just comes back down again. But the scariest one is what if we see a $30 xrp and we see our portfolio looks so delicious that we sell everything but then the price does not come down again and utility kicks in and the price just goes up from there lol and never comes back down. Then we screwed. So this is a difficult one

You have to set a realistic target price. And sell 30%, then 30% then 30%,. This is the only way to make a profit. the majority can't catch the bottom as well as the top. So stop chasing bottom and top.. Also don't chase the green candle.

That’s just an inexperienced retailer and that’s all coins. All coins are down now it’s not just XRP there’s a lot of coins that have been just like XRP. You have to do the time every four years every eight years every 12 years

Your strategie depends on how much you hold. If you hold 246000 XRP you can easily sell 25000 XRP when the price is 10 dollar and hodl the rest.
