This is the Florida Camry and as you can hear the wheel bearings are pretty loud so the wheel bearing is louder than the engine so I am going to get the wheel bearings replaced and then I'll do another top out video which should be a lot better in sound so you can hear the engine roaring instead of the loud wheel bearings. Wow, my 1974 454 big block Monte Carlo would top out at 135-140 and today you have Camrys that will do the same top speed. I now have a 2000 Camry 4 cyl and I love it!

Very true lol I’ve got a 2019 Camry with the i4, they’re all governed to cut out around 135 i think but if not for that there’s no doubt it’d go further. So quiet you can barely hear it but will run circles around a lot of old school v8s

@@laynelandon3701 there are no older generations 4 cylinder Camrys capable of reaching 130mph on a flat road. They're all electronic speed limited to 115mph. And maybe around 125mph with the speed limiter removed. For older generations V6s Camrys it's electronic limited to 135mph like in this video we're commenting under.

Lol. You are comparing a 1974 vehicle to a 1998 year vehicle. That is a 24 years age/time gap!!!! Anyway I think even a 1998 Monte Carlo is also electronic limited to 112mph ish... The 4 cylinders 2000 Camry you have won't reach 130mph though on flat road. It is electronic limited to 115mph, with its limiter removed you probably can reach 125mph on flat road.

looking at speed test my timing belt is broken my car is so slow to accelerate gets stuck at 2 rpm and with pwr 3 don’t know if i should get rid of it or fix it 93,000 miles

I have the same vehicle and tried the underdog racing speed unlimiter. I had so many problems trying to tune the device and the vehicle ran crappy the whole time that I finally got frustrated and returned it back to them. Guess I will live the 132 top speed for now. Probably would have only gotten a few more mph out of it anyway.

The funny thing is that it will most likely outlast what they drive. It's cheap to buy, maintain, and fast. You can also just do full bolt ons and get more power out of them for fairly cheap.

And this with 180k miles on it. My.03 v6xle 330k cruises past 100 easy. Use gps as speedo over 100.not accurate probably 135 but hey this is sedan cruiser not v8 hot rod. Very respectable to get there. Most domestics with 180k in junk yard ones that are not would grenade at 100mph. Toyota builds strong and reliable engines. 180k miles and still gets down the road. I will.only own toyota or honda. Best xars built. Todays bwm mercedes cannot out last them for 3 times the cost.
