We are working on my daughters Camry, trying to make it look better cosmetically. I recently installed all new struts, inner tie rod ends and brake pads. It is in good mechanical condition, but looks a little run down cosmetically. I went to the junk yard to get a different hood. Join us as we make the journey and get it installed and start improving how it looks. Thanks for watching and commenting. Subscribe if you like this content.

i have a 99 that got into an accident...insurance paid me $2200...bought a $50 hood from junkyard...cant find a nice bumper...il just buy a $50 black primered aftermarket....good thing about that camry is there are lots of parts both used and brand new...and they are not expensive

Yep, parts aren’t expensive or generally hard to find.

Just curious, have you noticed the prices at the wrecking yard have gone WAAAAY up lately? I was there (in San Diego Ca) a week ago and was shocked. I have a white 99 Celica that I believe may be the same color - found a can of white vehicle spray paint at Home Depot that is almost perfect color match :) BTW, I bought the Celica just because it has the same engine and tranny as the Camry (5sfe). Keep up the good videos. I found your channel today and am slowly watching them.

I appreciate it. I haven’t seen the prices going up a lot, some but not outrageous. Thanks for watching and commenting.
