Wonderful recipe and your detailed instructions are outstanding! It looks like you have created an almond flour shortbread cookie. Quite a brilliant recipe and easily adaptable to add things like chocolate chips or finely chopped dried fruit, even nuts. Thank you for sharing this with all of us.

The brown butter is called ghee in India… we use it on daily basis for eating mainly with cooked food. Sometimes we used to fry our food items in ghee..

Оформление красивое и креативное. Но коржи бисквитные очень толстые. Коржи потоньше прекрасно пропитываются, равномерно взаимодействуют с кремом и нет ощущения, что ешь большой хлебный кусок. В Штатах обычно торты с толстыми бисквитами делают и не всем такое заходит.
