Alright personal gripes time why doesn’t he tell omega “what ventress did during the war” probably would have prevented a lot of issues if he said “she murdered a lot of clones was a sith apprentice and assassin” but no him telling her that is only gonna make her curious as to what ventress did and thus she will wind up spending more time with ventress to try and figure it out

I've been hesitant to continue the rest of The Bad Batch because the writing quality really seemed to drop and more and more filler kept popping up... @yarpen26Ай бұрын
To all: the episode is S03E02 (the second part of that rookie arc) and Grievous actually says "Your skills are impressive. Perhaps a match for my own, assassin". The whole sequence is included in all its g(l)ory on Disney+. however, while the likes of the English, French or German tracks don't betray any traces of any ommissions, others (at least Polish and Hungarian) do have the sound muted for a couple of seconds (the original voice actresses there never having recorded the "mmmmp" kissing sound). I imagine that's because the Cartoon Network release's track was the only one available at the moment so the could either add the missing piece or just pause the audio so it wouldn't fall out of sync with the rest of the episode. It's also possible that some studios kept the tracks in separate channels so they had more flexibility, whereas the rest just had this one big recording for all, so no further modifications were possible without dooming the overall effect.

I'm still bummed that they didn't somehow bring Grievous back yet. His extended lore is awesome and his 3d iteration never lived up to the image that 2003 Clone Ears had given him. I want a story of a Grievous, practically made of scraps, holding on to his grief and anger like Maul.

TBH Ventress was simply fighting for the Separatists, in Clone Wars she did not commit atrocities. She killed enemy combatants, who were bred to fight and die. According to rules of engagement, that is considered to be alright. She would have been a prisoner of war, if the Republic would have captured her, but the Republic ceased to exist.

Whenever I think back to how brutal Clone Wars was, I always think of this scene first. I think many of us were hoping he'd get saved, or just knocked out, but all of the ARC troopers get wiped, when they first invade and just annihilate the Clones. Ventress was literally one of the most hardcore/dark characters in CW, simply because she was always given the kills that were dark. Luminaras Venator is another example, where she legit cuts a clones head off for his comms. In early CW, the show was alot more lighthearted and people forget that. It was less of a war and more of jedi adventures, because at the time, the Clones weren't characters all the much to us. Battlefront 2 and the few prequel scenes were the only exposure to the clones for many. Comics too but not many read them. CW was a true breakthrough for character development and made the clones more than just droids or soldiers, it humanized them beyond belief, making them the focal point and the best part of the show.
