on the PLO hand, on the top board you had the effective nuts, since pocket AA is not possible since a third A shows up on the other board. A fold on that river seems tight for even a chop considering the board texture

I was posting the same thing. Although, I think he meant to say I can't see any hands playing it this way that make a straight... like why would 78 or 74 be in the hand? A93 flop... calling 3300 just to see a turn? I don't think so. 42 is the ONLY straight that MIGHT be in the pot, but I don't think that is even reasonable.

@@Murph_. Well, that seems logical and all, except just for the fact that just a few hours earlier, on the EXACT SAME BOARD of A93, E called a raise with 45 and binked the 2 on the turn to stack him for $10k. So his eyes should be a little more open to all of the possibilities in these Texas pots. Guys are floating him simply for the chance to stack him at those stack depths.

Ethan, in the PLO bomb pot you are most likely up against A2 (3 combos) or 22 (3 combos). But you win 9k if he has 22 and lose only 4.5k if he has A2. Not to mention he may have another hand like 55 which splits the pot and wins you 2.2k, and this is a bluff heavy field. I would definitely call even though I am not wealthy enough to afford it.

Wow. That was good you came back, but OUCH, two stack-zapping coolers were painful. At least after all of this you were up in the long game. That's great! Here's hoping you can overcome the Hustler Hustled loss.

That hand with the a6 of diamonds had 2 possible straights not just the 24.. 78 is another straight and more likely to be in a persons hand instead of 42.

If you're in a 4-way pot, the flop misses you completely, you bet out and someone calls, is it more likely that you're beat, or is it more likely that "I think I'm ahead a lot of the time here"?

I noticed that whenever you lose a big pot you tend to find a way to talk yourself into situations that are not necessary which causes you to value own yourself quite often just an observation I have made . I do believe you’re a sharp player with the incredibly solid understanding of the game keep it up
