It would be bit woeful but probably glad to have some new friends. I recently heard an interesting expression - "a live oak takes 150 years to fully grow, lives for another 150 years and then takes another 150 years to die." I'd say this tree trumps the theory but find its a kind of beautiful way to define the life cycles of a live oak for sure. #tree #liveoak #nature #beaufortsc #history #cemetery #graves
