When in reality, she wanted a very short bob and I told her she had to always part it in the same spot or it will look uneven if she tries to part in another place other than the middle. I told her if she was going to do a side part instead of the middle like she originally asked for, I could cut it slightly shorter to make it even. She blew up about it and wanted a refund for her entire $250 service (scalp to end blonde, toner, olaplex and haircut).
