My son just had double hernia surgery so my mind goes there immediately with the stomach pain. If it keeps up, you may want to have it checked out. Awesome dive, as usual!

Getting older is no fun. Stifling sneezes can cause injury. Muscle strain pain can be eased with warm heating pad and then a cold pad from the freezer. Climbing in and out of the dumpster could have caused a strain. Be safe out there. Love the flowers and garden pictures.😊

I love fried cabbage. All you need is cabbage, bacon grease and salt, but you can use any fat you want. You can add onions, carrots, garlic, chicken bullion, whatever you like.

That sounds like a hernia! The tearing is the muscle wall tearing and the intestines can push their way out. If you managed to push them back in you will always have a weak spot so please please be careful. Maybe if you can you might want to go see a doctor....especially if you feel a soft or hard bulge.

Sneezing can strain the intercostal muscles, which connect the ribs, and cause pain in the ribs. This pain can be mild to severe and can be located anywhere along the rib cage. It can be caused by repetitive motions, straining while twisting, falling, or coughing or sneezing. To relieve pain, you can try resting the muscle, using ice or a cold compress, or using steam and heat.......hope it feels better soon take care

Great dive Frugal Daddy. Lovely presentation and flowers and puppy shots too! I have to watch your videos because my people won't go with me. I also have lots of the little pansy flowers. I have some beautiful red poppies that are in full bloom too. Pansies remind me of my great grandmother. She had them too. We have a GSD that loves asparagus LOL. She eats the cutoffs. No wasting here.

If it's a small hernia it's a quick fix. If you don't take cake of it and it happens to be a hernia...sometimes they go into a the genitals. Ugh worked in a hospital. Get checked out. Better safe than sorry. Love y'all
