Today is 3/1/22. I’m in Miami Florida. It is such a Beautiful Morning for Real. When I first heard this song in November of 1968 I was Ten years old. My mother had just Died from kidney failure. The year before. And I believe in my heart that I was going to die as well. Hearing this song put so much life back inside of me. Two months ago I turned 65 years old. It’s amazing what a lovely song like this can do for your spirit. Today I thought about my Mother in that time and place a long time ago. I’m still feeling Al little Nostalgic but I am good. Thanks for the Memories. Little Rascals.

I too, was 11 or 12 years old...I'm 67 yo today..Back then, when I woke up to this song...I thought all things were good and this song had gave me the feeling that all thing was good...unfortunately throughout the years life showed me that all things in life are not good but there are exceptions to the rule...peace and harmony coming at you💝💝

Sweet memories driving to work the first week of May 1968 anticipating our wedding on the eleventh. We were so very very happy. That day was the beginning of our life together for 31 years! God’s way is the best way. He blessed us abundantly. May 11 was a beautiful morning, and the beginning of a beautiful life!

How's life treating you these days? I was 8 when this song came out. I am now 62 and had a good life despite the bad times. I find listening to the oldies a great escape from the BS that's happening in this country. As long as I'm happy and healthy and listening to the oldies, that's all that matters.

When I hear this song...I think of fresh air in the winter morning...waking up getting ready for school..eating my cereal ( sugar frosted flakes) and my innocence...I was 11 years old..😊

My sister Nancy just passed this year. 😪 She was 69. I remember her playing this record when it came out. I was 8yrs old. Because of her & my older brother Dave, I was turned on to so much great music from early on. My parents too. ❤ I'm thankful.

I woke up yesterday morning, and it was raining. Again. All week, just dreary. I put this song on anyway. I felt so much better I didn't care if it was gloomy outside. I was shining inside. 1968 -- I was 12 years old, a year before man walked on the moon. We went barefoot every summer walking on gravel roads selling GRIT newspapers door-to-door and giving all the money to mama. We lived in a 4-room shack, and picked cotton in the fields of Mr. Kelly and Mr. Sears. And I already KNEW we were better off than a lot of kids in other countries --even though I never saw ANY of our schoolmates out there picking cotton, like we did. (They all thought THEY were TOO GOOD.)

The first time I heard this song it was one of those perfect spring days .it wasn’t hot, it wasn’t cold a pleasant breeze ,trees had leafed out and there was an intense blue sky with fluffy white clouds I was outside with my little transistor radio and I just stared open mouthed . This is one of the greatest songs of all time. Of course that is coming from a guy who was sixteen when he first heard this wonderful song in 1968. Put a lot of quarters in the juke box for this song.
