Great video! I always like to incentivise the living daylights out of my contracts. Particularly, goal, assist and clean sheet bonuses. Bonuses for goals/assists after 5; 10; 15; 20; 25 etc goals and or assists. Plus, bonuses for winning trophies. Sure, it might cost a little but you're only paying them out if the player and therefore club are successful. And if you're successful, then the money is pouring in 😀

That's brilliant! I'm also huge on incentivizing if the team wins trophies or gets promoted. We're gonna get the money from bringing in trophies, so mine as well pay the players who helped us win it!

Glad it was helpful! Honestly contract negotiations is still frustrating for me too, I feel like it's one of those things that's part of FM that every player goes through lol
