My heart goes out to you and Mary... as I don't personally have anyone close to me that suffers from panic attacks, I have the other spectrum... my daughter-in-law (who lives with me) has Trigeminal neuralgia and sever OCD.. sometimes the pain is so great she has passed out or at the very least is the fetal position shaking and screaming in pain. There is no known cause, nor is there a cure. They have tried several medications to help manage the pain.. some work for a few months then they have to try something else.. music helps her calm down so we get the headphones on her and just turn out the lights while she lets the meds kick in. Just as a FYI.. Home Free is her favorite. If you want to check out their latest.. they have a new video coming out tomorrow which is a departure from their usual style.. (think Motown) They're doing a Keith Urban cover "Blue Ain't Your Color". I sure miss your reactions.... your laugh always makes me smile. Hang in there, sweetie. Please know that there are people out here that really do care about you and Mary. We miss her reactions too... Peter Hollens has a new one with Tim Foust (Sound of Silence)that I know she'd love! They also did a collab of "Amazing Grace" that is AWESOME! I hope and pray for your healing. Hope to hear you back on the reactions when you feel up to it ..

I suffer the same, but not so severe, ever consider cannabis? it helps alot
