Auf jeden Fall lecker, aber zu kompliziert. Welche Genialität steckt in diesem Rezept? Was verstecken die Köche hier? Käse oder Ei? Ich empfehle, das Hackschnitzel mit Püree und Salat ohne Käse und Eier zu probieren. Guten Appetit, alter Koch.

Excellent video. Good recipe. I begin to believe that all these identical recipe videos, Germanic origin, are all done by one production company, using different hands as " actors ". Vielleicht ist ja die Chemikalie die das Fett aus dem Backpapier in die Hackmasse überträgt, das Besondere an dem Rezept. Backpapier enthält eine Chemikalie. Diese wird durch Fett aus dem Papier gelöst und in das Gargut übertragen. Das nennt sich Kunststoffmigration.
