📋 INGREDIENTS:
Roller shutter:
700 g (1 lb 8¾ oz) ground beef
300 g (10½ oz) ground pork
4 slices of bread
Some Milk
1 carrot
4 mushrooms
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
oregano
rosemary
Parsley
90 g (3¼ oz) Pecorino cheese
2 eggs
3 tsp salt
black pepper
400g (14oz) pancetta
200g (7oz) mozzarella
Sauce:
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
olive oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
400 ml (1⅔ cups) pureed tomatoes
Salt
black pepper
basil
1 tsp oregano
