last minute decisions are always the best, this time we decided to meet up with the boat pikeys over on the shambles near weymouth. The plan was to leave first light Saturday morning and be on the banks fishing for turbot by 7 am. After fishing we would retire to a little spot where we anchored up on the beach, cooked and ate the fish we caught that day and have a bit of a social with a fire and a few beers. Then the next day was to fish the banks in the morning and then head home, hoping to drop some jigs down on some wrecks on the way which we did!

Fantastic video looks like you all had fun ,can I ask what marina that is your birthed in it looks really nice to and do they do day launches for guys coming down with there boats for a day's fishing cheers,keep the vids coming

Im based in Torquay Marina. Yes it has a slip way that can be used in All states of tide. The wreck fishing down here is quite good and we have some amazing bass fishing in season. Then we have the skerries thats not so far away to fish for flats like plaice, turbot rays and so on. Thanks for your comment, ive been quite hesitant to put much up lately and these little comments help boost the confidence a little.

Hey Steve, yes we have been talking about a Christmas nye trip. Bait and gear is already ready! Hoping for a weather window to get up there soon

Sweet bud. I'm still not working lol but hopefully starting a new job next week so keep me posted if yous are coming up Davie and we'll get a sesh on 🎣🎣🎣🎣. More rods to play with this year too haha
