1. Add yolk and sugar A and whip
2. Put sugar B into white and make meringue
Add 2 to 3.1, mix lightly, and mix in the flour
4. Divide the remaining meringue and mix it
5. Mix heated milk and butter and pan
6.170 degrees for about 20 minutes

Milk 90g sugar 20g yolk 20g flour 6g vanilla liquid a little
whipped cream 110g
1. Heat the milk in a pot and pour it into the yolk, sugar, and flour mixture
2. Put it back into the pot and heat it while stirring with a whipper
3. Sift it through a sieve, add vanilla and wrap it to cool it down
4. Mix cooled crème patissier with whipped cream
