Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. The fact I'm crying even though this is a calming playlist, by the crying lets me know I'm becoming calm and I'm letting out all my emotions through crying, I always hate it when I cry but the night I had yesterday had me angry and sad, I had already cried in the shower, ranting quietly, I'm glad I feel better.
