I think so. But I don’t see any problem with this. Eurovision doesn’t happen on another planet. The war in Ukraine is a part of their life. It affects all Ukrainians. So they sing about their pain and power. Why not? It's a similar situation with Israel. The Israeli song was written in memory of people who were murdered in the 7.10 massacre. It still hurts.

The Serbian song was about a war in 1915.
