Yes. I little I know about UK law was that any speech that MIGHT LEAD TO VIOLENCE (even if violence was not literally intended) would be designated as hate speech. Thus, calling another nation "a bunch of cockroaches" might not consciously, literally be calling for violence against that group, but would subconsciously, implicitly, be recommending it. In the case of Hamas and Iran . . . there is LITERAL AND CLEAR speech intended to incite violence AND likely to LEAD TO VIOLENCE (that has all been clearly shown now). Hence I would think that that kind of pro-Hamas speech in the UK would be deemed illegal. I wonder . . . but that it is HATE SPEECH . . .that is as clear as day.

This doesn’t relate to anything specific that Melanie said in this interview, and what she did say makes perfect sense, as it always does when she speaks and writes with such authority. Why is it that people slavishly believe in the utter myth that Israel is carrying out genocide against Palestinians in Gaza? Israel has a very powerful army and associated military resources and if it really wished to carry out genocide against Palestine it could do so in a heartbeat but clearly chooses not to. The only people pursuing their dream of genocide are the hostile Arab nations who want to remove Israel from the face of the earth. This is so obvious that it beggars belief that people fail to understand this.
