I don't know about John but I do know that Ringo left school at 14 and Paul and George left at 18. My Dad and his brother were at the Liverpool Institute with them and the school photos on the school website prove it. 5. God only knows what happened to your brain.

@@shan2355 i can try to explain some of it. i still consider myself as new to the beatles fandom, so i don't know everything. but yeah. so first of all yoko tried to get together with john when he was married to cynthia. (by sending him letters). then they started seeing each other - without telling cyn ofc. one time john told cyn that she should go on a vacation without him, and when she came back, she was expecting to find john with julian, who she missed, but instead she found john and yoko sitting together holdning hands or something. none of them cared that cyn had found them, they were probably waiting for her to come. (so yeah that's like the first part).
