私の元バイト先！店長も奥さんもお母さんもみんな優しくて娘のように可愛がってくれてました❤️✨なに食べてもむちゃくちゃ美味しくて、地元の人からも愛されててほんっとにイイお店ですっ🤭 社会人になってからも店長たちに会いにちょこちょこ食べに行ってます！私は天津飯がピカイチで大好き！あ〜でも坦々麺も捨てがたいいいい〜！笑

フライパンの振り方に無駄が無いですね。荒っぽくガチャガチャやる感じではなくて必要な分だけ振っていて美しいです。

担々麺と天津飯が信じられないくらい美味しい、これは食べた人にしかわからないと思う 全体的に丁寧、上品で小ぶり量は全体的に少な目 高級中華料理と町中華の中間といった感じで、レベルの高い美味しい中華を食べたいならかなりおススメ 出汁が全体的に上品なので、ラーメンや天津飯がスッキリのど越しが良すぎてそこらの中華料理屋との違いにビビる事ウケ合い

個人的に量で推してくる店は苦手です(-_-;) 少な目と言うよりこれが適量だと思います 適量なので種類を頼めるし子供や老人も連れて行けますし女性も入りやすいですよね

Another excellent video of a lovely, hard-working family’s wonderful restaurant. I’m struck by the fact that no matter how splashed and spattered things get, the place is spotless at the start of business. As busy as they are during business hours, there’s a load of hard work behind the scenes here.

I enjoy these cooking shows from Korea and else where -- this is the second time that I’ve seen someone taste their food -- most of these I’ve seen and I can say over 50 or more and nobody really taste their food -- I don’t like people assuming something is good I don’t care how of a experienced cook you think you are- I just love when people take pride in what they are serving to their customers

I watched several Authentic Chinese Restaurants(Food Vlogs)...in Japan... What I really noticed is that the owners enhance their Skills & Flavours to the Local people... *I rarely see: Onions in Local Dishes *I rarely see: Chinese Mushrooms in Local Dishes.... *The preparations in taste is different like example: Ginger and Garlic... *I don't see bamboo slices *I don't see baby corns.... Well at least I did enjoy the Vids so far.... Authentic Chinese Cuisines are very very hard to make...Difficulty Level higher then Sushi & Soba Restaurant. So I love to watch it and have much respect for the Owners/Chef Cook:)

At the end of the video, after all the daily hustles & bustles, the chef and his wife sat on the bench to take a much needed & deserved breather, especially with their photo in their younger days showing, it's easy to see years, maybe decades of mutual hard work paying off, not only in terms of business success, but more importantly, this journey has brought them emotionally so close ❤❤❤❤ Wish them continuing success for years to come, and if I landin Japan one day, I will definitely pay a visit❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
