FYI you will get a flame failure on the New 30Ga if the drain line is backed up The flame sensor and the high water sensor is wired in Parallel thus shorting out the signal. Unit will display flame failure...therefore the very first thing that should be done is.......you guessed it check condensation drain before you frig around with anything Your welcome 🙏

we need 5 UA you say? what is UA, United Arab? emirates? tks also, what to do if there is no ignition, or no flame probe signal? will a bad flame probe prevent initial ignition or not? ...

What happens when you pull the flame sensing lead out PCB to test for 5uA, does boiler not knock off due to lead being removed as it cannot sense the flame? If it knocks off.. how are we gonna get any reading with no flame

Hi Ricky, When testing for flame rectification, you remove the rectification lead and with your multimeter set on uA, place one probe on the base of the rectification electrode and one on the lead, this completes the circuit and gives you a reading. I hope that this helps.
