This film was rushed. IMO. The short wig on Lou where viewers plainly see his natural hair was strange! The 1st Hulk out and him running thru the train station. TV budget constraints. As mentioned Banner with a beard and Hulk without one? Of the 3 TV movies Lou was noticeably smaller.

The blonde haired actor who’s portraying the Bad Guy on the train could’ve easily portrayed Bezerko from COPS had they decided to make a film based on the shortlived Hasbro Toyline .
