I love how Goemon learns from the first clip. In part 2, he does a similar cut, but he and jigen move out of the way. Lupin however, did not learn a thing.

early animated weirdness. Goemon today is drawn in a serious naturalistic style...here he stretches, shrinks, and grins wildly. Lupin usually plans on his feet rather that sit at a table in the thinking position. Fujiko seems plainer than what's found in the red jacket and ova works.

I personally like expressive Goemon. I think when combined with his normally naturalistic appearance it makes for good visual comedy.

Your comment is now a year old, but if you didn't check out Lupin the Third yet I totally recommend it! There's many spinoffs and entries. This video takes clips from Part 1 which is like the first season. ☺😁

@@GrosvnerMcaffrey Part 2 is peaks and valleys. It has some of the best episodes, but also most of the worst episodes. I'd argue Part 3 is better than parts 1 and 2 if only because its quality is more consistent.
